3000m rigs are used to explore middle deep oil well, they have the features of simple structure and easy operation. Now we have six types of this rig: ZJ30/1700ZJ30/1700JZJ30/1700LZJ30/1700LDBZJ30/1700DBZJ30/1700DBT
ZJ30/1700 is a mechanical transmission drilling rig. The power is from diesel engine and reducer, then transform into 4F+1R speed by gear drive in gear-box. The output shaft of gearbox transmit power to drawworks by chain, intermediate shaft of gearbox drive rotary table via intermediate shaft of drawworks, the shift of gearbox is pneumatic .
ZJ30/1700J rig is driven by 2 diesel engine belt compound. Others are same as ZJ30/1700
ZJ30/1700L is a mechanical transmission drilling rig. The power is from diesel engine and coupling, integrated chain compound, inner variable speed of drawworks. ZJ30/1700LDB is a mechanical and electrical transmission drilling rig. The rotary table is driven by AC frequency motor. Others are same as ZJ30/1700L
ZJ30/1700L is a mechanical transmission drilling rig. The power is from diesel engine and coupling, integrated chain compound, inner variable speed of drawworks.
ZJ30/1700LDB a mechanical and electrical transmission drilling rig, The rotary table is driven by AC frequency motor. Others are the same as ZJ30/1700L.
ZJ30/1700DB、ZJ30/1700DBT are rigs driven by AC frequency motor. ZJ30/1700DBT is pull type.
